Billy Zane & Scott Adkins Face Off in Day of Reckoning Trailer

ESX Films has unveiled the formal trailer for their upcoming Western crime drama titled “Day of Reckoning.” This highly anticipated production will feature Billy Zane (known for his role in Titanic) and Scott Adkins (a star from John Wick: Chapter 4). The film is set to hit theaters on March 28, 2025.

What happens in the Day of Reckoning trailer?

In the video, we see Zane portrayed as a U.S. marshal, given an opportunity to apprehend a notorious criminal he’s long pursued. The trailer showcases thrilling scenes from the upcoming film, with Adkins’ character going to great lengths to rescue his spouse.

In a precarious situation where he risks losing both his wife and his position as sheriff, weary lawman John Dorsey is forced into an uneasy alliance with tough U.S. Marshal Butch Hayden. They take custody of outlaw Emily Rusk as a hostage. A tense power struggle develops, with Emily manipulating the posse against each other. However, as her ruthless husband and his gang draw nearer, Emily and John come to understand that they must rely on one another to make it through this ordeal together.

Under the Guidance of Director Shaun Silva, “Day of Reckoning” is penned by Travis J. Opgenorth. This gripping tale features an ensemble cast consisting of Zach Roerig, Cara Jade Myers, Trace Adkins, Travis Hammer, Gus Langley, Yelawolf, Brad Carter, Josh Plasse, Mike Wolfe, Britton Webb, Bones Owens, Struggle Jennings, and additional talented actors.
