Despite its initial promise to unfold as a captivating drama brimming with profound storytelling, the film’s presentation and the integration of certain commercial elements that felt forced detracted from its potential greatness. Consequently, it has been perceived by many as a mere one-time viewing experience rather than something truly exceptional.

On platform X, a review stated that “#Bhairavam” is an Average Rustic Action Drama with a Decent First Half, but it failed to build upon its foundation in the Second. The film relies heavily on its three main actors who delivered solid performances throughout.
