Elliot Page’s production company, Pageboy Productions, has successfully acquired the rights to turn the hit action-adventure video game “Beyond: Two Souls,” developed by Quantic Dream, into a television series. First released in 2013, the game showcased the voices and likenesses of Elliot Page, Willem Dafoe, Kadeem Hardison, Eric Winter, and Caroline Wolfson.

What is Beyond: Two Souls about?

In the storyline of the game, we find ourselves following Jodie Holmes, a young woman with unique supernatural talents who gets caught up in a complex net of government secrets and otherworldly influences. She’s bound to an enigmatic entity called Aiden, and her journey involves dealing with military manipulation and otherworldly dangers while unveiling the real essence of her powers.

The Beyond: Two Souls sequel is just starting its preliminary stages of production. At this point, no director, screenwriter, or actors have been assigned to it as of now. This makes it the latest video game that’s set for a television adaptation, following the acclaimed adaptations of The Last of Us, Fallout, and Arcane.
