Bengaluru Rave Party: Actress Hema named in the chargesheet after tested positive for using drugs

As a die-hard fan of Hema, I must say this whole situation has been quite a rollercoaster ride! From her dazzling performances on the silver screen to this unexpected turn of events, it’s been an emotional journey indeed.

Previously, the police detained Telugu actress Hema in relation to the Bengaluru rave party controversy. Reports claim that she was found using drugs during the event. Now, according to recent updates, her name has been included in the chargesheet filed at the Bengaluru Rural Additional District Sessions Court by the crime branch, suggesting a new development in the case.

Besides Hema, approximately 79 other individuals are mentioned in a detailed report related to the Bengaluru rave party case, which spans over 1000 pages. According to various news sources, it’s alleged that the actress had taken MDMA during the party that took place at a farmhouse near Hebbagodi. The police have gathered evidence relevant to this matter and even her medical records suggest that she was affected by drugs.

An exclusive party, hosted by businessman L Vasu in May, drew numerous prominent individuals. Unfortunately, law enforcement officers intervened following a tip-off and collected blood samples from everyone present. Among the attendees, Hema was found to have drugs in her system after testing positive.

Afterward, Hema was apprehended by the crime division, alongside other individuals who had drug traces in their system from the party. Notably, the actress secured her release on bail and vehemently refuted all accusations leveled against her.

In numerous interviews, Hema asserted that the police failed to obtain a blood sample from her and she was wrongfully accused. She further posted a video on her social media platforms, stating that her test results came back negative. Hema detailed her experiences and voiced her desire to meet with Pawan Kalyan and other political figures for their assistance.

Despite being connected to the Bengaluru Rave Party case, I find myself ensnared by the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Section 27 (b). As of now, the court remains undecided about the ultimate penalties for those indicted in the Bengaluru Rave Party case.
