In the video, Ben Affleck confessed that when he initially made the Michael Bay disaster film, he didn’t think it would be a fit for his collection. However, looking back now, he feels as though the commentary he provided for this DVD might be some of his best work in his career.

In addition, during the commentary, Affleck playfully criticized Michael Bay’s directing style. He even mimicked Bay’s voice while answering his questions in a teasing manner.
Afterward, Affleck pointed out that more often than not, conversations with people centered around his work on the Armageddon commentary rather than his entire body of work. He explained this phenomenon by saying he was simply “unaware of a better option.
Additionally, the actor from Gone Girl expressed that he wouldn’t ruin the movie for those planning to watch it, instead calling it a “prideful achievement.” Affleck also mentioned that he didn’t anticipate the Bruce Willis film to be as excellent as he now believes it was when he made it.
