Having spent countless hours battling my way through the tortured souls of Darkest Dungeon 2, I can only imagine what marvels these talented minds will cook up next.
The game development company responsible for “Dead by Daylight,” Behaviour Interactive, has taken over Red Hook Studios, well-known for their creations in the “Darkest Dungeon” series. It’s anticipated that Red Hook will maintain its autonomy while working under the umbrella of Behaviour.
Behaviour Interactive announced its acquisition of Red Hook Studios in a post on X this morning.
2023 saw the complete launch of Darkest Dungeon 2, following a few years in an early access phase. It’s still unclear what Red Hook Studios will work on next, but they’ll have Behaviour Interactive’s support whenever they start a new project. Notably, Behaviour Interactive recently published The Casting of Frank Stone, which was developed by Supermassive Games within the universe of Dead by Daylight.
