Hayley Kiyoko and Becca Tilley jointly announced their engagement via Instagram.

Together, they exchanged a collection of heartfelt photos. Five images captured their tender moments from various perspectives – one of which showed them enjoying a moment within a nearby water source. Notably, three pictures documented the proposal scene. In the first image, Kiyoko is depicted on bended knee, asking Tilley for her hand in marriage. The second picture shows Kiyoko placing the engagement ring on Tilley’s finger.

Tilley and Kiyoko initially met each other in 2018 at a party commemorating the release of Kiyoko’s album Expectations. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight the following year, Tilley remained secretive about who Kiyoko was. Nevertheless, she expressed that they instantly felt a strong connection upon their first encounter.

“I’ve never had something so instant, like, from the beginning,” she added.
