As a devoted participant in Bigg Boss 18, I fell short of making it to the final race and lifting the coveted trophy. Regrettably, my journey ended with eviction, despite pouring all my efforts into the competition. In my initial conversation post-eviction, I shared some insights about the lack of family support, particularly from my brother-in-law Mahesh Babu and sister Namrata Shirodkar, on their social media platforms.
As I conversed with Galatta, they inquired about my response towards those online critics who remarked that neither my family members such as Mahesh Babu nor my sister Namrata Shirodkar, have publicly shown their backing for me through social media posts. In truth, I believe that the love and support of my dear ones transcends digital platforms, and it is a comfort to know they’re behind me, even if they choose not to express it publicly.
In response, the evicted Bigg Boss 18 contestant said:
Wow, it’s unbelievable! Don’t let others judge your relationship based on social media posts. It’s just plain absurd! You see, during my time in the Bigg Boss house, I’ve learned this: People’s opinions don’t faze me. I know what my family truly means to me, and I am certain they feel the same about me. And that, my friend, is all that truly matters.
Shilpa went on to mention that even though others may form opinions or have differing views about the situation, this won’t affect the relationships she maintains within her family.
To those not familiar, while on the reality TV series, Shilpa admitted to having a big argument with her sister Namrata prior to moving into the house. In an interview with director Anurag Kashyap, she shared her feelings of remorse and disclosed how much she yearned for her loved ones.
About two weeks past, Anoushka Ranjit paid a visit to Shilpa Shirodkar within the Bigg Boss house. Upon seeing her daughter, the ex-actress experienced an emotional breakdown, resulting in tears.
