Batman, Wonder Woman, & More Get New Logos Following DCU Superman Movie

As a die-hard DC Universe fan, I can’t help but get excited when I see refreshed logos for iconic characters like Green Lantern, alongside the likes of Batman, Wonder Woman, and Harley Quinn. These updates might just be the start of something big!

In December of 2024, James Gunn and Peter Safran’s DC Universe (DCU) began with the premiere of an animated series called Creature Commandos. This was followed by the release of Superman, a film written and directed by Gunn, which is currently playing in movie theaters across the U.S. Coming up next month is Season 2 of Peacemaker, while the DCU’s upcoming releases in 2026 include Lanterns, Supergirl, and Clayface.

What do the new Batman and Wonder Woman logos look like?

Hey there fellow gaming enthusiast! Just wanted to share some exciting news I stumbled upon – DC has given their iconic characters a fresh new look! They’ve updated the logos for Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and even Harley Quinn. Can’t wait to see these new badges in action!

It’s not yet officially verified if the new logos will also serve as the visual representations of these characters within the DC Universe, but given James Gunn’s frequent hints at symmetry across all aspects of DC Studios since he assumed the role of co-chairman and co-CEO in 2023, it seems likely that this could be the case.

The logos for Green Lantern and Wonder Woman aren’t exactly groundbreaking news – it turns out that the upcoming Green Lantern series will feature Hal Jordan (Kyle Chandler) and John Stewart (Aaron Pierre), while additional characters like Sinestro and Guy Gardner are also expected to appear. As for Wonder Woman, there’s a movie in the works, and following the success of Superman, it’s now moving quickly through the production pipeline at Warner Bros. Pictures.

As a devoted DCU fan, I can’t help but eagerly anticipate any solid updates regarding when my favorite vigilante, Batman, will make his next appearance in the universe. While he briefly made an unspoken cameo in Creature Commandos, fans have been yearning for more substantial action. Speaking of which, there’s a movie based on The Brave and the Bold in production by Andy Muschietti, but updates on that project have been scarce since its announcement. In contrast, Matt Reeves’ The Batman: Epic Crime Saga, starring Robert Pattinson, is not tied to the DCU.

Regarding Harley Quinn’s entry into the DC Universe, no official announcement has been made yet. It’s uncertain if Margot Robbie will reprise her role as the character, given that she recently interacted with John Cena’s Peacemaker, which leaves some room for speculation. However, the situation is still undecided at the moment.
