The sequel to the clash between Batman Ninja and the Yakuza League, often referred to as Batman Ninja 2, is now set for digital, 4K Ultra HD, and Blu-ray release.
The upcoming film, titled “Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League,” is a follow-up to the 2018 anime feature film “Batman Ninja,” produced by Warner Bros. Japan. This latest production is helmed by directors Jumpei Mizusaki and Shinji Takagi, with a screenplay penned by Kazuki Nakashima.

In the sequel, the Batman Family returns to modern-day Gotham City following their time-travel adventure where they preserved history from being distorted in the last movie, titled “Batman Ninja.” The very next day, a shocking incident unfolds: Japan’s main island vanishes, and a floating island called ‘Hinomoto’ rises above Gotham City. Swarms of Yakuza gang members descend from Hinomoto and attack the citizens of Gotham City. Meanwhile, the Justice League has mysteriously vanished. Suspecting an unusual energy discharge in the sky, Batman embarks on a journey to Hinomoto to uncover its source. Upon arrival, he discovers a world plagued by Yakuza wars, devoid of honor and compassion. Atop this world lies the Yakuza League, an organization that resembles the Justice League, who are launching an invasion on Gotham City. To save their city, Batman and his allies must engage in the battle of their lives!
