Bam Margera will reportedly be in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 after Hawk demanded it

When news broke about Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and 4 coming together, fans quickly wondered whether Bam Margera, the ex-Jackass star and skater, would appear in the game. Given his past struggles with substance abuse, it seemed unlikely he’d be included. However, it appears that Bam Margera will indeed feature in the game, and this may well be thanks to Tony Hawk himself, as reports suggest that the renowned skater made a direct appeal to Activision to include him.

During an episode of The Nine Club livestream, it was revealed that Bam Margera’s addition to Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and 4 was discussed. According to the show hosts, the games were almost completed when Tony Hawk himself stepped in to include Bam in the game, as reported by Roger Bagley.

As a passionate fan, I’ve been following the ongoing saga surrounding Bam Margera, but neither Activision nor Tony Hawk have publicly confirmed or denied the rumors swirling around The Nine Club. Over the past few years, Margera has faced numerous health and legal hurdles, including repeated stints in rehab for substance abuse. His troubles led to his dismissal from Jackass Forever and a restraining order issued by director Jeff Tremaine. Despite these challenges, Margera was a fan-favorite character in the Tony Hawk video games, and he even recently stepped back onto the ramps at Tony Hawk’s skate park – an event he shared on his Instagram.

Bam Margera is often seen as a contentious character, but if Tony Hawk gets his preference, Margera will still be part of the 3+4 game when it releases on July 11, 2025. Keep an eye out for further developments in the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater series for more information.
