The collaboration with some of my all-time favorite games like Don’t Starve, Warframe, and Shovel Knight is simply mind-blowing.
At The Game Awards, Balatro created a significant stir by being nominated for Game of the Year. As the ceremony approaches, there’s an update on the roguelike poker game, Friends of Jimbo 3, which has just been released. This new version includes cards inspired by Warframe, Shovel Knight, Cult of the Lamb, and other popular games.

In the latest announcement, game developer LocalThunk unveiled a fresh trailer featuring actor Ben Starr from Final Fantasy 16. This reveal marks the start of their new collaboration partnerships, and as of now, these games have added themed card content to Balatro for free download:

In this latest development, Balatro is embarking on its third series of card partnerships, a move that has left quite an impact in the gaming community this year. Previous expansions for Friends of Jimbo have introduced card decks inspired by Cyberpunk 2077, Stardew Valley, and Among Us.
