Siddu Jonnalagadda announces next film Badass
Discussing with X, Sithara Entertainments unveiled the initial teaser for Siddu Jonnalagadda’s upcoming venture named “Badass.” A quick peek at this sneak peek shows that the actor is set to adopt a gritty and athletic appearance, a departure from any character he has played thus far.
Sharing the post, the makers wrote, “You have seen heroes & You have seen villains.
Instead, let’s make room for the rule-defying STARBOY #Siddu – a true badass with no quarter given! Prepare yourself, because he’s ready to light up the screens like never before!
To put it simply, this upcoming movie is helmed by director Ravikanth Perepu and backed by producer Naga Vamsi. As suggested by the poster, we can anticipate seeing it on the big screen some time in 2026.
Siddu Jonnalagadda returned Rs 4.75 crores to Jack producers?
In his last movie titled Jack, the actor didn’t perform too well financially at the box office. It was even reported that he had to return around 47.5 million rupees to the filmmakers, which was almost half of what he was paid for the role in the film.
Siddu’s latest film, a blend of comedy and drama with espionage themes, was criticized for being repetitive and tiresome, as its storyline seemed excessively familiar to viewers.
Apart from being known as Badass, Siddu Jonnalagadda has numerous other films scheduled for release. One of these is Telusu Kada, set to hit theaters in October 2025. Additionally, he is working on Tillu Cube, which will serve as the next installment in the popular Tillu film series.
