Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha ending spoilers

In the nail-biting climax of Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, I found myself in Dubai while Krishna was absent. Back home, I squared off against Vasudha, determined to unravel the mystery surrounding that tragic night. For a while, I’d harbored suspicions about their tale, sensing something didn’t quite add up. Eventually, Vasudha crumbled under the pressure and admitted the truth. She disclosed that the two individuals wrongly accused of murder had actually perished accidentally due to her actions.

In the heat of self-defense, Vasudha tragically ended up stabbing one of the aggressors unintentionally, which resulted in his fatal injury. The second assailant met his end when Vasudha shoved him, sending him tumbling over a sharp item.

Following the unfortunate event, Krishna persuaded Vasudha to keep quiet. To shield her, he chose to bear all the consequences himself, which ultimately led to his 25-year prison sentence. Upon this verdict, Vasudha paid him a visit, and Krishna implored her not to come anymore but rather to seek joy with another person instead.

Why was Krishna sentenced to imprisonment?

The story of “Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha” opens with Krishna serving a prison sentence. His exemplary conduct in jail led the court to consider releasing him early, but surprisingly, Krishna asked the court to reconsider and keep him imprisoned. This request was denied. Upon being freed, Krishna asked his confidant Jignesh to secure a passport and visa for Dubai through Mahesh Desai on his behalf.

The story subsequently focused on Vasudha, who eagerly anticipated Krishna’s freedom and regularly received news from Jignesh. Although Vasudha harbored a profound affection for Krishna, she wed a prosperous entrepreneur named Abhijeet after Krishna was incarcerated.

The narrative shifted to the year 2001, painting a picture of the young love between Krishna and Vasudha. Residing within the same neighborhood, their bond deepened. Frequently, Vasudha would secretly leave for meetings with Krishna, disguising these encounters as additional college lessons.

In the present timeline, Krishna, who had just been freed from prison, went back with Jignesh to the cafe that sparked their story’s beginning. Here, a younger version of Krishna gave business suggestions to the owner. Suddenly, three men assaulted the owner, but they quickly escaped. However, Krishna identified one of the attackers as Pakya, a known troublemaker from their neighborhood.

Afterwards, Krishna faced off against Pakya, delivering a hard slap that sparked Pakya’s thirst for vengeance. Not long after, Pakya discovered the close bond between Krishna and Vasudha, and he eagerly waited for a chance to retaliate.

One evening, Pakya along with his pair of companions kidnapped Vasudha intending to harm her inside a nearby storage facility. Upon discovering this, Krishna promptly arrived at the location, fatally attacking two of the assailants in an enraged state, while Pakya managed to flee. This act of retaliation by Krishna resulted in his apprehension and a long incarceration for the two counts of murder.

Did Krishna really commit murder?

Following his release from prison, Krishna once again encountered Vasudha and met her spouse, Abhijeet. Yet, due to some pressing work, Vasudha hurried off to the office. It wasn’t long before Krishna found out that Abhijeet had put in countless hours over the past five years, striving to secure his freedom. During their discussion, Abhijeet probed Krishna about the two murders which had led to his imprisonment. However, Krishna maintained an innocent facade by retelling the same story that Vasudha had previously shared with Abhijeet.

During his imprisonment, Krishna shared an account of an unfortunate meeting with Pakya, the individual responsible for harming Vasudha. Motivated by a thirst for retribution, he seized the moment and ended Pakya’s life.

Following his narration of the entire tale, Krishna set off towards Dubai. In the ending, Abhijeet, plagued by uncertainties, posed another question to Vasudha regarding that tragic night. On this occasion, Vasudha finally disclosed the truth: it was she who unintentionally took the lives of the two men while attempting to shield herself from their assault.

In the name of his profound affection and loyalty, Krishna voluntarily accepted guilt and served jail time to shield Vasudha from any penalties. The magnitude of his self-sacrifice was evident—he chose to spend years behind bars for a crime he didn’t commit, all in order to secure a brighter future for her.
