What happens in the Arcane Season 2 teaser trailer?

In a 20-second preview, we see the aftermath of Jinx’s lethal assault from the Season 1 finale, leading Topside to enforce martial law in an attempt to reestablish tranquility over Piltover. “The plot unfolds in the idyllic cityscape of Piltover and the subjugated underworld of Zaun, tracing the beginnings of two renowned League figures and the force that ultimately drives them apart,” is a possible paraphrase for the given synopsis.
