Apple has confirmed the unveiling of a new product today, which is an affordable model in the latest generation of iPhones – the iPhone 16e. In today’s press release, Apple unveiled the iPhone 16e, a budget-friendly model in the iPhone 16 series, priced at $599 in retail stores. The phone will be available in black and white matte finishes, with preorders opening on February 21st and shipping commencing on the 28th. Powered by Apple’s new A18 chip, this device supports Apple Intelligence, their latest AI system. Additional features include a 48MP Fusion camera complete with an integrated 2x Telephoto lens. The base model offers 128GB of storage, but there are also options for 256GB and 512GB at $699 and $899 respectively.
