What happens in the Locked clip?

In the latest footage, a tense Eddie (Skarsgård) can be found in a self-driving vehicle under the control of Hopkins’ enigmatic persona. As it navigates through city traffic, the car exhibits erratic behavior, almost plunging into a parking garage and dangerously teetering on its edge.

In this movie, we follow the tale of Eddie (Skarsgård), a character who attempts to steal a high-end SUV, unaware that it’s a crafted trap orchestrated by William (Hopkins), a self-proclaimed vigilante bent on teaching Eddie a harsh lesson. Although Hopkins primarily voices his role in the film, the trailer hints at him making an on-screen appearance somewhere within the movie.

In the movie’s official synopsis, we learn that when character Eddie (Bill Skarsgård) enters a high-end SUV he finds himself in a lethal trap created by William (Anthony Hopkins), who presents himself as a self-appointed avenger dispensing his unique brand of dark justice. With no possible way out, Eddie must struggle to stay alive in a journey where the illusion of escape becomes reality, survival turns into a nightmare, and justice speeds up to its highest level.

The movie titled “Locked” is helmed by director David Yarokvesky, with a screenplay penned by Michael Arlen Ross. Notably, renowned filmmaker Sam Raimi takes on the role of producer for this project.
