As a gamer, I can’t help but see the ongoing saga of American Love Story as a game with endless loading screens and no clear end in sight. Just like waiting for that one elusive achievement in a game you’ve been stuck on for months!
In 2021, it was revealed by FX that Ryan Murphy would be creating additional installments under the banner of “American Story”. One such production, named “American Love Story”, would expand the genre to include a romantic series.
Since that time, we’ve hardly received any information regarding it. The spotlight has been on the American Sports Story and another season of the American Crime Story. Naturally, there is a lot about the American Horror Story, but what about this romantic spin-off of the franchise?
American Love Story is still in the works
Despite widespread speculation, it has been confirmed that the TV show “American Love Story” is still in progress.
The current query revolves around timing. As of now, we don’t have a definite answer, but the soonest possible release date we anticipate is in the year 2025. However, given that there’s been no progress on the project other than its development status, it seems quite improbable. It might be pushed to 2026 or even later.
Who Is the focus for American Love Story Season 1?
Similar to how “Crime Story” and “Sports Story” are grounded in real events, this upcoming romance series will also draw inspiration from truth. It’s a return to the captivating love tale of John F. Kennedy Jr., delving into his profound true love story with Carolyn Bessette.
To begin with, their relationship started off as a harmonious tale of two individuals. John F. Kennedy Junior, revered as royalty within America, and his partner saw their story swiftly make headlines. However, along with the fame came certain skeletons in the cupboard – whispers of family conflict and professional stress they both faced.
Regrettably, the love story concluded in a tragic incident. They both perished when John F. Kennedy Jr.’s private plane crashed near the coast of Massachusetts.
So far, there hasn’t been any progress made on this project, leading some potential fans to question its existence. Since it’s being said it’s still under development, we’ll continue to keep a close watch.
