As a long-time fan of The Walking Dead, I can hardly contain my excitement for this year’s San Diego Comic Con! After the long wait due to the pandemic, it’s finally time for us TWD enthusiasts to gather and celebrate our beloved show. And what a lineup we have in store for us at SDCC 2024!
The schedule for the 2024 Comic Con in San Diego, where “The Walking Dead” will be present, has been made public. Enthusiasts are thrilled to discover that “Daryl Dixon” and “Dead City” spin-offs will include panels during this year’s gathering. An intriguing disclosure is set to take place at the Comic Con: AMC and What’s Your Passion have teamed up to unveil four distinctive jewelry pieces, inspired by “The Walking Dead.”
The San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) takes place every year at the San Diego Convention Center, making it a much-anticipated event for many fans. This year’s edition is scheduled from July 25 to 28. It marks the first time since 2019 that the convention has returned to its regular format following disruptions due to the pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances.
Walking Dead universe – SDCC 2024 schedule
Hall H will be the venue for “The Walking Dead: Dead City” panel on July 26, from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. (PDT). Chris Hardwick will facilitate the conversation. The announced panelists are Eli Jorné, Scott M. Gimple, Lauren Cohan, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Gaius Charles, and Željko Ivanek.
On the afternoon of July 26, Friday, between 2:45 and 3:45 p.m. in Pacific Daylight Time, Hall H will host a panel for “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon.” Chris Hardwick will preside as the moderator. Joining the discussion are key contributors to the show: David Zable (showrunner), Scott M. Gimple (Chief Content Officer), Greg Nicotero (director and executive producer), Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon), Melissa McBride (Carol Peletier), and Louis Puech Scigliuzzi (Laurent).

As a huge fan of “The Walking Dead” and particularly Daryl Dixon’s character, I’m thrilled to share that “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol” is set to make its debut on AMC and AMC+ on September 29. With the recent renewal of the series for a third and potentially fourth season, it feels like we fans are in for a wild ride. Having followed the show since its early days, I can’t help but be excited about this new spin-off focusing on one of my favorite characters. The anticipation is real!
The Walking Dead: Dead City season 2 recently wrapped filming and is expected to release in 2025.
