Allu Arjun gets relief in violation of model code of conduct case during general elections 2024; Andhra Pradesh HC to pronounce order on THIS date

As a die-hard fan of Allu Arjun, I find myself constantly on the edge of my seat, eagerly following every twist and turn in his extraordinary journey. The latest development regarding the Andhra Pradesh High Court’s stay on proceedings against him has only added to the suspense. It’s a rollercoaster ride that keeps me hooked!

In a new turn of events, the Andhra Pradesh High Court has halted all proceedings related to allegations against actor Allu Arjun for breaching the code of conduct during recent elections. This decision was made on October 25 (Friday), and the court has scheduled to deliver its final orders on November 6.

According to a report from Times Now, Allu Arjun’s lawyer, Y Nagi Reddy, stated that the actor’s trip to Nandyal during the elections was a private matter with no connection to political events. The report also suggests that Allu Arjun should not be blamed for the crowd that formed outside Silpa Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy’s home.

Furthermore, the defense contended that there was no doubt about disregarding the code of conduct, as Allu Arjun’s visit had no connection to political matters. Subsequently, the Andhra Pradesh High Court scheduled a decision on the case for November 6, deciding to hold off on any immediate legal action until then.

Lately, Allu Arjun has taken his case to the High Court, submitting a petition to dismiss charges against him for breaching Section 144 and Police Act 30. This complaint was made by the deputy tahsildar of Nandyal. In his statement, he noted that the star of Pushpa had gone to Nandyal without first obtaining approval from the returning officer. Furthermore, it was claimed that such gatherings of people without permission could potentially breach the electoral code of conduct set by the governing body.

During recent elections, Allu Arjun’s trip to Nandyal to support a candidate from a different party instead of his uncle Pawan Kalyan (who was contesting from Pithapuram) drew attention. Since then, there have been indications of a growing divide between Allu Arjun, Pawan Kalyan, and their respective families, as suggested by numerous social media posts.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that I’m getting ready for the premiere of Allu Arjun’s highly anticipated movie, Pushpa 2: The Rule. Alongside Allu, the film directed by Sukumar will see Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna revisiting their roles from the initial installment. Initially slated for a December 6 release, Pushpa 2 has now been adjusted to premiere a day earlier on December 5.
