All’s Fair: Why Did Halle Berry Leave the Hulu Show?

As a dedicated gamer and avid follower of Hollywood news, I was thrilled when I heard that Halle Berry was joining the cast of Hulu’s upcoming legal drama, All’s Fair. Her addition to the already impressive roster, which included Kim Kardashian and Glenn Close, promised to make this series a must-watch. However, my excitement was short-lived as reports surfaced that Berry had suddenly exited the project just a week after her casting was announced.

There’s been a lot of interest among fans as to why Halle Berry decided to withdraw from the esteemed cast of Hulu’s new series, “All’s Fair.” This legal drama follows an accomplished lawyer who runs a thriving all-female law firm. Originally, Berry was set to be part of this impressive lineup alongside Kim Kardashian and Glenn Close. However, unexpectedly, she bowed out just a week after the casting news broke. Her sudden departure has sparked quite a buzz among fans.

Here’s why she exited the show.

Why Halle Berry left Hulu’s All’s Fair series?

The reason behind why Halle Berry chose to leave Hulu’s All’s Fair series is her scheduling conflicts.

A week ago, several news outlets announced that Berry and Glenn Close had signed on for the Kardashian-led show. The details of their characters weren’t revealed, but it was stated that this would be Berry’s first consistent role on television. More recently, Variety shared that Berry had left the production due to scheduling issues, according to a reliable source.

Ryan Murphy takes charge of the production and collaborates with Jon Robin Baitz, Joe Baksh, Jamie Pachino, Laura Greene, and Richard Levine on the writing of this legal drama. The storyline revolves around a successful woman managing an exclusive law firm comprised entirely of females. As reported by Deadline, Murphy characterizes the series as a “premium, glossy, and seductive adult case file.”

Twenty First Century Fox’s subsidiary, 20th Television, along with Ryan Murphy’s production company, are in charge of producing the series. Additionally, Kardashian, Close, Kris Jenner, Alexis Martin Woodall, Eric Kovtun, Scott Robertson, and Murphy will serve as executive producers.

Regarding Berry’s upcoming roles, she is set to star as Roxanne in “The Union,” slated for release on August 16. This comedy-spy film is helmed by Julian Farino. In the storyline, a construction worker finds himself unwittingly drawn into the world of espionage when an old flame re-enters his life.

At the same time, she’s working on another film titled “Never Let Her Go.” Right now, this project is going through post-production. In this thriller about evil spirits haunting an unsuspecting family, Berry will star as the main character.
