Alleged “Meme Coin Mastermind” Sahil Arora Estimated to Have Netted $3 Million from Celebrity-Backed Coin Launches

As a seasoned researcher with over two decades of experience in tracking illicit activities in the digital world, I find myself increasingly skeptical when it comes to figures reported by entities like Bubblemaps. The case of Sahil Arora is no exception. While I acknowledge that he has made substantial profits, the $30 million figure seems far-fetched, even for a master manipulator like him.

According to the findings of blockchain analyst ZachXBT, it’s estimated that Sahil Arora has earned approximately $3 million this year due to his role in launching various meme coins endorsed by celebrities. This contrasts earlier reports from blockchain data platform Bubblemaps, which stated that Arora had amassed a fortune of $30 million through the launch of celebrity-themed tokens.

Although ZachXBT didn’t challenge Arora’s alleged illegal activities, they highlighted that the data from Bubblemaps was incorrect. They argued that it was implausible for Arora to have generated such figures, suggesting instead that his actual earnings might have been between $2 and $3 million at most.

It appears there might be an error with the calculations, as it’s hard to believe Sahil earned $26 million. Let’s double-check the liquidity of those cryptocurrencies instead.

Would estimate he made <$5M at most and likely only $2-3M.

The Celeb meta also died off extremely quickly.

ZachXBT pointed out that Bubblemaps erroneously included an exchange hot wallet belonging to Poloniex, rather than Arora’s, in its listing. In response, the blockchain investigator shared the genuine main deposit address of Arora, containing approximately 6,700 SOL, equivalent to roughly $1 million in value.

Celebrities Accuse Arora of Scams and Illicit Activities

As a crypto investor, I find myself in an unfortunate position where my actions have been called into question by several notable celebrities. They allege that I’ve been involved in scams associated with the meme coins I endorsed using their brand names. Among those who claim to have suffered from my alleged illicit activities are personalities such as Floyd Mayweather, Caitlyn Jenner, Iggy Azalea, Jason Derulo, Amber Rose, Lil Pump, Davido, and more. I want to emphasize that these are serious allegations, and while I’m not in a position to discuss ongoing legal matters, I take such accusations very seriously and am cooperating fully with the relevant authorities.

Based on Bubblemaps reports, an individual named Sahil, who hails from India but resides in Dubai, has been accused of employing a pump-and-dump strategy. Essentially, he launches tokens, occasionally without the celebrities’ awareness, and persuades them to publicize these coins on their social media platforms, offering them financial incentives. Subsequently, it is alleged that Sahil sells off his substantial token holdings, thereby reducing liquidity and causing the token prices to dramatically drop. Notably, it has been reported that Sahil is not discreet about his suspicious activities, as he openly shares the profits he makes on Telegram.

Additionally, he recently announced a collaboration with cryptocurrency exchange BingX; however, it’s important to note that the company has clarified they are not currently partnered with him.

Although some celebrities have accused Bubblemaps and Sahil of scams and fraudulent activities, it has been found that his actions technically reside in a questionable legal zone, making it challenging to file a lawsuit against him. The celebrities themselves are somewhat implicated as well, which hinders their ability to take action.

On July 4, Arora’s primary social media handle “@Habibi_Comm” was suspended for breaching the platform’s rules of conduct. Rumors suggest that he maintains several similar accounts, and following this ban, he has been guiding his followers towards a new account on his Telegram network.
