Navigating Warframe, a game rich in weapon types like primary, secondary, and melee weapons, can sometimes feel overwhelming due to its intricate categorization system that includes subclassifications within these groups, and further distinctions within those subcategories. Typically, such nuances aren’t crucial, but when you come across a free Protokol Longsword skin, it’s natural to ponder where the Longswords are actually located in the game.

The Longswords in the game are as follows:
- Broken War
- Cronus
- Dakra Prime
- Dark Sword
- Ether Sword
- Heat Sword
- Jaw Sword

In other words, a weapon is identified as a Longsword based on the stances it can adopt. Unique to each weapon are certain postures known as Crimson Dervish, Iron Phoenix, Vengeful Revenant, and Swooping Falcon. If a weapon can assume any of these specific stances, then it will be classified as a Longsword.
