As a seasoned gamer with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Koumei is shaping up to be an intriguing addition to Warframe’s roster. Her unique RNG-based abilities offer a level of unpredictability that I find quite refreshing in a game where precision and strategy are the norm.
In the upcoming Koumei and the Five Fates update, the character Koumei will make an appearance in Warframe. This new Frame offers a unique twist as it incorporates a certain level of intriguing Random Number Generation (RNG) in its equipment. Koumei wields the power to manipulate the threads of fate, and when the odds are not in her adversaries’ favor, their defeat is swift and decisive.
All Koumei abilities in Warframe
In essence, an element of randomness has been incorporated into Koumei’s toolkit. Instead of relying solely on skill, she takes a roll of the dice of fortune. If by chance she rolls three sixes, her abilities may undergo some unexpected changes.

Omamori | Surround yourself with Omamori Charms, each with a chance to have enemy attacks heal you instead of damage you. The number of charms is determined by Koumei’s dice roll. A roll of triple sixes grants invulnerability for the duration of your Omamori Charms. |
Bunraku | Wield your foe’s fate threads like the strings of marionettes. Koumei’s dice determine how many Status Effects foes in front of Koumei will suffer. A roll of triple sixes maximizes Status Effect stacks and extends Bunraku to enemies behind Koumei. |
In addition to Kouemi’s unique abilities, you’ll find two distinct weapons: the Higasa and the Amanata. The Higasa functions as a rifle, but when aimed, it forms a protective shield that deflects incoming attacks and gradually charges a beam for discharge through an additional firing mode. On the other hand, the Amanata is a polearm with a peculiarity – it rolls dice every thirty seconds. If the roll results in one through five, you may receive potential enhancements; however, if the dice show six, you’ll gain all the boosts simultaneously.
