List of all dinosaurs revealed in the Jurassic World Rebirth trailer
In Jurassic World Rebirth, set five years after Jurassic World Dominion (2022), a group of humans embark on a journey to the tropical locations where dinosaurs now dwell, with the aim of gathering DNA samples from the three largest creatures. Dinosaurs that we’ve seen in the teaser trailers for this movie are familiar faces from previous installments in the Jurassic Park series.
1. Tyrannosaurus Rex
In every Jurassic Park installment, you’ll find the towering presence of a T-Rex, and it looks like Jurassic World: Rebirth won’t buck this trend. From what we’ve seen in the trailer, the top predator from the Cretaceous era makes multiple appearances.
2. Mosasaurus
In the trailer, the Mosasaurus is shown during a scene involving a boat, where it seems to menace Zora and her colleagues.
3. Dilophosaurus
People who’ve seen the original Jurassic Park film from 1993 will immediately identify this depiction of the Dilophosaurus. Unlike its real-world counterpart, the Dilophosaurus portrayed in the franchise possesses frills and is venomous. The trailer suggests that the movie’s creature at least exhibits the former trait.
4. Spinosaurus
For the very first time, the Spinosaurus was introduced in the Jurassic Park III movie (released in 2001). In the movie’s preview, or trailer, a gang of Spinosauruses made an appearance during the boat scene, accompanied by the Mosasaurus.
5. New Hybrid Dinosaur
In the Jurassic Park/World series, all portrayed dinosaurs are actually genetic hybrids, combining DNA from ancient and contemporary creatures. The Jurassic World films push this concept further, showcasing terrifyingly novel dinosaurs crafted in the same manner. The preview hints that Jurassic World Dominion will continue down this path by introducing a unique hybrid dinosaur of its own.
6. Velociraptor
In one of the trailer’s moments, the distinctive imprint of a Velociraptor’s taloned foot is shown, hinting that these swift-footed dinosaurs are included in the storyline.
7. Quetzalcoatlus
The trailer suggests that the Quetzalcoatlus is among the three dinosaur species whose genetic material the team aims to retrieve, which in turn propels Zora and her companions towards an encounter with these airborne beasts.
8. Titanosaurus
Additionally, we notice a couple of Titanosaurus in the trailer. Should they make an appearance in the film, it would mark their debut within the Jurassic Park series.
