The tale at Alappuzha Gymkhana revolves around a group of five local friends who’ve all graduated from high school. Upon receiving their exam results, unfortunately, four out of the five miss the mark for college admission, leaving them in doubt about their future academic prospects.
In their quest for college admission, the character named Naslen (Jojo) explores various possibilities. Eventually, they discover that utilizing a sports quota might be their most effective approach. As time goes on, boxing appears to be the sport that would suit them best, and ultimately, they decide to take it up.
Here’s what we learn as they navigate their challenges in this coming-of-age sports comedy drama, discovering a fresh enthusiasm along the way.
Cast and crew of Alappuzha Gymkhana
At the heart of Alappuzha Gymkhana is Naslen, joined by a talented group of actors such as Lukman Avaran, Ganapathi, Sandeep Pradeep, Franco Francis, Habish Rahman (also known as Baby Jean), Shiva Hariharan, Anagha Maya Ravi, and numerous others.
In collaboration, Khalid Rahman and Sreeni Saseendran wrote the screenplay for the humorous sports film they directed. The witty dialogue, however, was penned by Ratheesh Ravi.
In the creation of the movie’s music and soundtracks, it was Vishnu Vijay who took charge. The roles of capturing the visuals and assembling the final cut were entrusted to Jimshi Khalid, while Nishadh Yusuf, unfortunately passed away, had been responsible for the cinematography and editing prior to his demise.
At Naslen’s professional scene, the well-known actor from Premalu will soon be seen in the movie titled Lokah – Chapter 1: Chandra. This film is directed by Dominic Arun and Kalyani Priyadarshan plays the main character. Dulquer Salmaan’s production house, Wayfarer Films, is financing this project.
The highly anticipated movie is predicted to serve as the starting point for a cinematic world, featuring appearances by DQ and Tovino Thomas in brief roles.
Additionally, it was announced that Naslen will collaborate with Abhinav Sunder Nayak, the director at Mukundan Unni Associates, on a movie entitled “Mollywood Times.
