‘Ajith Kumar slept only while traveling to sets’: Magizh Thirumeni spills beans on actor shooting Vidaamuyarchi and Good Bad Ugly simultaneously

In a recent interview with Touring Talkies on YouTube, Director Magizh Thirumeni shared that Ajith Kumar has an unwavering commitment to finishing his tasks. This devotion even led him to work non-stop for a full day and night.

During the filming of Vidaamuyarchi, the director mentioned in a conversation that Ajith had to balance working on Good Bad Ugly as well due to his racing schedule approaching. For approximately 7-10 days, he filmed for both productions at once. He worked tirelessly on our sets for a full 24 hours during this period.

As a devoted admirer, I’d like to share that though Vidaamuyarchi’s shoot during that period was not filled with numerous stunts, he was required to perform an abundance of them for Good Bad Ugly. Remarkably, even with a leg injury hindering him, he persevered, putting in the hard work, and only finding rest during our travels to the sets. This was according to the director’s insights.

Magizh Thirumeni clarified that they inquired from Ajith if such a level of effort was essential. Nevertheless, Ajith was resolute in fulfilling his work obligations.

The director underscored that following the superstar’s relentless work around the clock, Ajith felt confident that the divine figure of art would be on his side. In turn, the actor declared that he was exerting the same committed effort as during his initial project, maintaining optimism about the movie’s prosperity.

On February 6, 2025, Ajith Kumar, the beloved star, will make his return to the big screen with the film titled “Vidaamuyarchi”. This movie, helmed by Magizh Thirumeni, promises an action-packed thriller that revolves around a married couple experiencing turbulence in their relationship.

The situation becomes grim when the wife gets abducted, leading the husband to take decisive action, even if it involves violence, in an attempt to locate her. In the main role, the film features stars such as Arjun Sarja, Trisha Krishnan, Regina Cassandra, and others in significant parts.

Additionally, Ajith Kumar is preparing for the release of his upcoming movie titled Good Bad Ugly, which is set to premiere on April 10, 2025. This film, helmed by Adhik Ravichandran, promises to be an exciting blend of action and comedy.
