Actor Nithiin is getting ready for a highly anticipated film named “Thammudu”. This movie is titled the same as Pawan Kalyan’s popular 1999 action film, which was also a massive success. The director of this film is Sriram Venu.

Nithiin promises Thammudu to be a hit unlike his other tanked movies

Nithiin expressed that he hopes the movie will be successful for fans who appreciate him, as well as for those who feel joy when his movies succeed and sorrow when they fail. In other words, he wants the film to resonate with a wide range of his supporters.

Additionally, the Telugu actor spoke about the shortcomings in his past movies, such as Macherla Niyojakavargam, Extra Ordinary Man, and Robinhood. He underscored his intention to produce quality films moving forward that would captivate audiences.
Nithiin admitted, “My recent movies haven’t resonated with audiences… I sincerely apologize for this outcome. Starting now, I pledge to deliver quality films… I hope ‘Thammudu’ will be a successful step in that direction.
Thammudu bagged A certificate from CBFC
Ahead of its release, Thammudu ended up bagging an ‘A’ rating from the CBFC after being screened.
The film has been rated as unsuitable for those below the age of 18, due to adult content such as complex themes, strong language, and potentially confusing visuals.
Thammudu post-theatrical OTT rights
Indeed, the movie is financed by Dil Raju, who has reached an agreement with Amazon Prime Video. This means they will acquire the rights to stream the film online after its theater release.
Thammudu will be available for viewing on the platform following a four-week run in theaters, but only if the action thriller performs well at the box office. If it doesn’t succeed, however, it might be premiered online earlier than initially planned.
