For a while now, Deepika Padukone has been grabbing attention following rumors about her departure from the film “Spirit” featuring Prabhas. As discussions around work-life balance intensify, Rana Daggubati disclosed that an 8-hour working schedule is already implemented in Telugu cinema.

During a chat with Lallantop Cinema, the star of Baahubali shared that his working hours vary depending on the project, the individual involved, and the location. For instance, in Maharashtra, it’s usually a 12-hour stint, whereas in the Telugu film industry, the standard workday often starts at 7 am and lasts for 8 hours.

Each individual and city possess unique perspectives, and this isn’t a blanket statement. When working on a film set, the amount of preparation required will determine the scene’s execution. For instance, some films are large-scale productions with only two shooting days for spectacle scenes.” The actor elaborated.

An actor could accomplish more in just four hours than someone working for eight hours. He was careful to clarify that this isn’t a blanket statement about everyone, but rather a unique aspect of the acting profession.

It was previously rumored that Deepika Padukone was no longer involved with the film “Spirit,” directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. According to reports, negotiations between the actress and the project’s creators didn’t result in a mutual agreement, leading to her departure from the production, with Triptii Dimri stepping in to replace her.

It’s noteworthy that the actress will star as the main character in the highly anticipated film project of Allu Arjun and Atlee, titled AA22 x A6. The producers have revealed her portraying a powerful warrior queen, with four additional prominent actresses set to be part of the cast as well.

On the professional side of Rana Daggubati’s career, his latest on-screen appearance was as an actor in the 2024 film “Vettaiyan,” starring Rajinikanth. In this action drama, he portrayed the primary villain.

In the future, it’s confirmed that he will once again take on his character in the second season of the Netflix series, Rana Naidu. This highly anticipated show is scheduled to start streaming from June 13, 2025.
