Actor Bala granted bail hours after arrest; Kerala court prohibits him from commenting on his ex-wife or daughter: REPORT

As a dedicated follower of this unfortunate saga, I find myself deeply troubled by the ongoing ordeal between Bala and his ex-wife Amritha Suressh. Having closely followed their lives before and after their marriage, it’s heartbreaking to witness such distressing events unfold.

On Monday, a local judge granted bail to Bala following his arrest under the Juvenile Justice Act. Specifically, this occurred in Ernakulam, where the Judicial First Class Magistrate set certain conditions for his release. As reported by OnManorama, one of these conditions prohibits Bala from posting any comments about his ex-wife, Amritha Suressh, or their daughter on social media.

Furthermore, should the need arise for more inquiries, I must always be reachable. According to recent reports, I found myself in a situation where I was previously apprehended by the Kadavanthra Police, following a complaint lodged by my former spouse. My ex-wife, Amritha, claimed that I had tarnished her reputation and our daughter’s on various social media platforms.

In addition to the allegations in her complaint, she asserted that Bala had been stalking her and harassing their child following their divorce. Consequently, the police apprehended the actor at his residence early on Monday, October 14, and transported him for additional questioning.

As reported by Mathrubhumi, Amritha stepped up to share her harrowing experience following Bala’s arrest. She described the ordeal as unbearable physical and emotional torment. Later, Suressh shared that she departed from their home due to its detrimental impact on their daughter. Additionally, Amritha disclosed that despite their divorce, the actor continued to pursue them, hoping for a peaceful life. She stated, “We experienced intense harassment on social media platforms, and even attending school became challenging.

Amritha went on to say that they repeatedly encountered troublesome situations with the actor, and eventually, things grew too difficult due to these problems impacting Avantika, their daughter. Additionally, she asserted that Bala had no desire to meet their child.

Suressh even opened up about the accusations of stealing crores from him. She said that their divorce case was settled by the court with a minimum amount and “the allegations of embezzling crores” were false.
