Actor Bala gets arrested after ex-wife Amritha Suressh files complaint against him; will face charges under Juvenile Justice Act

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that this situation between Bala and his ex-wife Amritha Suressh is deeply troubling. It’s heartbreaking to see such allegations of domestic abuse, harassment, and defamation being levied against someone who was once a family figure.

On Monday, Amritha Suressh filed a complaint against Bala with the police, alleging that he had harmed her reputation and that of their daughter through his social media posts. According to Mathrubhumi’s report, the Kadavanthra Police took action on these accusations. Currently, Bala is facing charges under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.

The statement goes on to claim that Bala is accused of harassing a young woman, who happens to be his daughter, and at certain instances, was observed stalking her. In the early hours of the morning, police officers apprehended the actor at his residence in Edappally and transported him to Kadavanthra Police Station for questioning. It is said that Bala will make a court appearance later this evening.

Previously, Bala and his former spouse, Amritha Suressh, traded accusations on their respective social media accounts. Specifically, Amritha claimed that Bala had been dishonest regarding a prior marriage and also alleged instances of domestic violence against him.

The situation became reversed or chaotic when Bala’s daughter shared a video, accusing her father of both physical and mental abuse. Furthermore, she stated that she had endured such mistreatment since her early years.

In response to the matter at hand, Bala additionally shared a video and wept openly. Although the actor refuted the allegations put forth by his daughter, he also expressed gratitude towards her for publicly recognizing him as her father.

Amritha, the actor’s former spouse, asserted that she suffered abuse and disclosed that their child endured torment. During her testimony, she shared that she wed Bala at eighteen years old. Afterward, there were instances post-marriage where she found herself injured at home and was too terrified to challenge her family because they had never supported her marriage from the start.
