A$AP Rocky Opened the AWGE Tailor Shop Inside Jean’s

As a gamer, I can vouch that it’s always A$AP Rocky who turns up the heat and unveils a hidden art studio nestled within one of New York City’s most electrifying nightspots.

Following her appearance at the Met Gala as a co-chair, dressed entirely in a custom AWGE design, Rocky collaborated with Ray-Ban to launch an exclusive late-night venture at the AWGE Tailor Shop within Jean’s NYC establishment.

Nestled within a bespoke tailor workshop designed exclusively for the event, the unique, one-time experience immersed attendees in a 1940s-evoking atmosphere, drawing inspiration from the upcoming and as yet unveiled AWGE collection.

As a gamer, I’d boast about the star of the show being the Ray-Ban Wayfarer Puffer, meticulously designed in Italy for this very event. It flaunts an oversized logo, lavishly adorned with 18kt gold, and boasts 0.50 to 1.30 carats of natural diamonds and gemstones. Four diamond-studded rivets on the front add a touch of elegance. For this special occasion, I decided to go all out, sporting an ultra-premium version of these striking eyewear, a pair of Wayfarer Puffer glasses made from 200 grams of 18kt white gold and lavishly embellished with 60 carats of natural diamonds and red gemstones.

A variety of well-known individuals attended, such as Rihanna, Maluma, Megan Thee Stallion, Sabrina Carpenter, Adrien Brody, Shaboozey, Daniel Kaluuya, Keke Palmer, Jenna Ortega, Dapper Dan, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Julia Fox – just to name a few.
