AA22xA6: Allu Arjun and Mrunal Thakur shoot for Atlee directorial’s VFX portions in Mumbai

For the very first time, Allu Arjun and director Atlee have come together on the upcoming project titled AA22xA6. There’s been plenty of buzz surrounding this movie, and it seems that they are currently filming visual effects sequences in Mumbai with actress Mrunal Thakur.

Based on whispers, a post by Laxmi Kanth hints that the highly anticipated production will reportedly shoot its visual effects scenes featuring both actors collaborating for the initial time.

After the shooting concludes, the team is predicted to construct an enormous stage for the upcoming “parallel universe” film, which is slated to be produced with a whopping budget of 80 billion rupees.

Speaking about the film, AA22xA6, it’s renowned as one of the most daring ventures ever undertaken in Indian filmmaking. It’s rumored that this movie will make extensive use of visual effects, with multiple international studios contributing to its creation.

Although specifics about the movie haven’t been fully disclosed as of now, there’s anticipation that this cinematic project will showcase Allu Arjun assuming various characters, even one in an animated form.

Lately, the creators have disclosed that Deepika Padukone will be among the main characters in the upcoming movie. It’s speculated that a total of five leading ladies will appear in this production, with names like Janhvi Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur being mentioned as possible contenders.

It’s worth noting that at first, Deepika was thought to be cast in the movie “Spirit,” starring Prabhas and helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Unfortunately, due to difficulties in reaching an agreement, it’s rumored that she decided to step away from the production instead.

Moving onto Allu Arjun’s career, he recently appeared in Pushpa 2: The Rule, a film directed by Sukumar and serving as a sequel to Pushpa: The Rise. In this movie, he shares screen time with Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, and other actors. The plot revolves around the character Pushparaju, a common laborer who transforms into a kingpin of a sandalwood smuggling syndicate after initially working as a daily wage worker.

With an exhilarating finale, the film is slated for a third part called “Pushpa 3: The Rampage.” Additionally, it’s been mentioned that the actor may be collaborating with Minnal Murali’s director, Basil Joseph, on a future film proposal.
