Soon, ComingSoon will unveil a special trailer for Room Six, the upcoming psychological thriller from Freestyle Digital Media. This movie can be rented or purchased digitally across all North American internet, cable, and satellite platforms, as well as on DVD, starting May 2, 2025.
The movie narrates the tale of Maxx, a university student who spends her summer working nights at an isolated, dilapidated motel in the countryside. However, two mysterious brothers arrive late one night, and following some peculiar occurrences, Maxx’s suspicion (or unease) grows. Eventually, she decides to dig deeper into the matter. As Maxx delves further, she encounters peril when she discovers the secrets concealed within the brothers’ room.

What happens in the Room Six trailer?
The video showcases a night manager at a motel, tasked with handling two potentially shady patrons. These individuals appear to be brothers concealing a lethal mystery. The film is chiefly acted by Sophia Echendu as Maxx, Mickey O’Sullivan as Red, Jack Ball as Danny, and Caroline Hendricks as Mary, among others.

Behind the Scenes: Hobart Miller and Michael Panico are the minds responsible for writing and directing this film. Devon Gulati, Katherine Williams, and Ariella Khan take on the production responsibilities. The creative team also includes Devin Delaney as the film’s composer, JP O’Rourke as the director of photography, Kyle Delso editing, and Brandon Grode contributing additional editing efforts.
Miller and Panico stated that ‘Room Six’ is a hard-hitting, realistic thriller set over a turbulent single night at a remote motel. Inspired by their personal reflections on self-destructive patterns and survival strategies, they wrote this story. The aim of ‘Room Six’ is to shed light on how past traumas can influence one’s future and delve into the concept of reaching the point of no return.
