In recent times, popular virtual YouTuber Ironmouse has parted ways with talent agency VShojo, barely a few days ago. Back in 2024, Ironmouse had amassed more than half a million dollars for the Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF), but VShojo failed to fulfill their promise of donating this sum. At that time, they managed her finances, yet didn’t transfer the money to IDF as agreed. Additionally, there is a substantial and undisclosed debt owed by VShojo to Ironmouse herself.
After parting ways with the agency and embarking on my independent journey, my initial move was to rectify any lingering issues and organize another charitable stream for IDF. To my delight, it turned out to be a resounding success! I launched a new Tiltify campaign aiming to raise $10,000 for the IDF. Incredibly, I surpassed this goal within just an hour of streaming and reached the $700,000 milestone. To express her gratitude, Ironmouse posted on X, and it’s now raised over $1 Million!
I’m struggling to find the right words to convey my emotions. Expressing gratitude doesn’t seem sufficient, but I want to say thank you to each and every one of you. Your kindness has filled me to the brim, almost to the point of overflowing. You all are simply remarkable. Now, I think I’ll take a moment to shed some tears.

What Is The IDF?
The Immune Deficiency Foundation clearly addresses primary immunodeficiencies (PI), a group of conditions that impact the immune system’s ability to fight infections effectively. These disorders are found in over 550 distinct types and affect approximately half a million individuals across America. The IDF strives to ensure early, accurate diagnosis, prompt treatment, and ultimately, a better quality of life for those affected by these conditions.
Ironmouse personally battles with Common Variable Immunodeficiency (CVID), a condition that impairs her immune system’s ability to produce antibodies needed to combat infections and viruses. This personal experience makes the Immune Deficiency Foundation (IDF) particularly significant to her, as she deeply wishes to aid an organization that has provided crucial support in her life.
A New Beginning
As a devoted fan, I can tell you that when Ironmouse decided to part ways with VShojo, there was an undercurrent of uncertainty among us all. For Ironmouse, this new chapter meant embarking on uncharted waters and crossing her fingers for the best. Yet, she found solace in the unwavering support from her dedicated community and fellow influencers. To top it off, when she set a donation goal of $10,000 for the IDF, little did she know just how successful this endeavor would turn out to be.
Contrastingly, VShojo appears to be struggling daily. An increasing number of VTubers are departing from the agency, making a recovery seem improbable amidst the negative publicity. In a striking turn of events, VTuber Kson publicly resigned during a live stream and directly addressed the CEO of VShojo, voicing concerns about the company’s questionable practices and misdeeds. Reportedly, she hasn’t received payment from the organization since September 2024.
