Could David Corenswet’s Superman cameo in Peacemaker Season 2?
Lately, Danielle Brooks (the actress portraying Leota Adebayo in Peacemaker) shared an image with David Corenswet on her Instagram Story, sparking speculation about whether Superman could make an appearance in the series. Nonetheless, these are merely fan-driven theories.
The picture posted by Hollywood Handle on platform X (previously known as Twitter) shows Brooks expressing pride for Corenswet while also mentioning him. Notably, in this image, Corenswet is dressed up as Superman and there are visual effects (VFX) markers on his face to help with the filming process.

In the past, Corenswet has voiced his interest in portraying Superman in an R-rated DC Universe production. The release of Peacemaker, another R-rated show, has sparked even more anticipation among fans. At that time, Corenswet hinted that the project might resemble the Lanterns, a series currently being developed. He expressed his enthusiasm about the possibility of Superman appearing in a detective-like setting, similar to Lanterns, with a “True Detective” feel. He added, “I believe it could work despite how vibrant and lighthearted this particular portrayal of the character is.
