According to reports, legendary American pop singer Connie Francis, who is widely recognized for her music, has tragically passed away at the age of 87. Her dear friend and president of her record label, Concetta Records, Ron Roberts, confirmed the sad news on Facebook early on Thursday, July 17. The post was subsequently shared on Francis’ official Facebook page as well.

Two weeks following the disclosure of her hospitalization due to severe pain, Francis shared on Facebook (July 2) that she was back in the hospital. She explained that she was undergoing multiple medical examinations to pinpoint the cause of her discomfort. On the Fourth of July, Francis provided a hopeful update, stating that she was “feeling significantly improved after a restful night.
