Kanye West Allegations: What Has Former Assistant Accused Him of Doing?

Kanye West is now confronted with fresh accusations from his ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. More than a year after she first filed a lawsuit against him for alleged sexual harassment, Pisciotta submitted an updated complaint on July 8, 2025. This new document broadens her allegations to encompass sexual assault, sexual battery, and other troubling incidents.

What was Kanye West accused of?

Originally employed by Kanye West from 2021 up until her dismissal in 2022, Pisciotta initially filed a lawsuit back in June 2024. She claimed that West had sent her sexually explicit messages, pornographic images, and videos. In her most recent court filing, she disclosed additional graphic and unsettling details.

As stated in the revised lawsuit, Pisciotta alleges that West repeatedly sexually assaulted her while she was employed. One of the gravest accusations is that he forcibly performed oral sex on her without her consent. The document further asserts that he attempted to penetrated her vaginally with his fingers and frequently tried to force kisses upon her, successfully doing so once during a work trip to San Francisco in 2021.

In the account detailed in that complaint, I found myself in a situation where I allegedly invaded another gamer’s personal space, forcing her onto a bed, and crossing boundaries. The document mentions that I repeatedly shoved my actions against her will towards her face, eventually forcing myself upon her mouth, disregarding her pleas for me to halt.

According to Pisciotta’s claims, West is alleged to have confined her in a room and made her watch him perform an inappropriate act. She also asserts that he grabbed her neck roughly at a concert and subjected her to harassment. Additionally, the accusation against West includes using someone else to file false emergency reports, resulting in frequent, unwanted interactions with law enforcement and government officials at Pisciotta’s residence.

West’s legal team has yet to comment on the recent court filing, but a representative previously dismissed Pisciotta’s initial allegations as “unfounded” and accused her of “extortion and blackmail.” They also mentioned that the rapper would be taking legal action against her. At present, no accusations have led to formal charges, and West hasn’t made a direct statement regarding the recent allegations. The civil lawsuit continues.
