King of the Hill Season 14 Trailer Reveals New Kahn Voice Actor

A fresh new trailer for the reboot of “King of the Hill” has been released, unveiling the actor chosen to portray Kahn in the forthcoming comical series remake.

Who is voicing Kahn in the new King of the Hill revival?

In the newly released preview for the series, Hank and Peggy are depicted coming home from Saudi Arabia. Upon their arrival, they reconnect with their neighbors in Arlen, Texas, and resume their normal lives. Simultaneously, it was disclosed that Rony Chieng, a familiar face from The Daily Show, has been added to the cast, taking on the character of Kahn Souphanousinphone.

In a new development for the series, Chieng is set to assume the character of Kahn from Toby Huss, who had been the voice behind Kahn throughout the first 13 seasons. Despite this change, Huss remains an integral part of the production and will lend his voice to Dale Gribble starting from Episode 7 of the revival, following the unfortunate passing of original voice actor Johnny Hardwick.

Starting August 4, 2025, the much-awaited comeback of “King of the Hill” will be available on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+, featuring a total of 10 new episodes.

As per the summary of the revival, King of the Hill’s Season 14 will continue from where the series originally ended. After many years of working a propane job overseas to secure their retirement savings, Hank and Peggy Hill return to their hometown of Arlen, Texas to find it altered. They rekindle relationships with their old friends Dale, Boomhauer, and Bill. Meanwhile, Bobby is flourishing as a chef in Dallas and relishing his twenties with his high school pals Connie, Joseph, and Chane.

Season 14 of King of the Hill will feature the main cast members: Mike Judge, Kathy Najimy, Pamela Adlon, Johnny Hardwick, Stephen Root, Lauren Tom, and Toby Huss. However, it remains undecided how the show will deal with some characters like Luanne (previously voiced by Brittany Murphy) and Lucky (voiced by Tom Petty), as their voice actors are no longer alive.

In a new turn of events, the comeback of “The King of the Hill” will once more see Daniels and Judge in their executive producer roles. Notably, Judge himself will be lending his voice to reprise his character as Hank Hill. This animated production is jointly handled by 20th Television Animation and Bandera Entertainment.
