Before the debut of Superman, “Fire James Gunn” has been popular on X (previously known as Twitter), as many fans of the DCEU are clamoring for a revival of the SnyderVerse. The SnyderVerse refers to the movies that Zack Snyder produced within the DCEU, concluding with the film Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, scheduled for release in 2023.
Ever since Gunn took over at DC and revealed his Superman character, followers of the SnyderVerse have been advocating for Snyder’s vision and pushing for the reinstatement of Henry Cavill as the Man of Steel.
