When will Allu Arjun and Prashanth Neel begin shooting Ravanam?
Indeed, it’s accurate that the rumors surrounding Allu Arjun and Prashanth Neel teaming up for a film called “Ravanam” are indeed factual. This confirmation was made by producer Dil Raju at a pre-launch gathering for the upcoming movie “Thammudu,” featuring Nithiin in the lead role.
He’s made it clear that a specific film project is being developed under his personal production company. However, the filming won’t start until both the actor and director are available, having completed their current obligations.
According to him, “Our team is working on a movie called ‘Ravanam,’ starring Allu Arjun as the main actor, with Prashanth Neel directing. But since they’re both swamped with current responsibilities, it will take some time before we can start production.
Prashanth Neel’s next collaboration with Jr NTR
Discussing the director, Prashanth Neel is at present filming his upcoming blockbuster featuring Jr NTR. Often referred to as NTRNeel, this movie is scheduled for release on the big screen in January 2026. Filming has already started, and the actor will be portraying a unique character that hasn’t been seen before.
Additionally, rumors circulate about the director’s intention to create a follow-up to their successful movie, Salaar, featuring Prabhas as the main character again. Yet, no formal announcement regarding this speculation has been shared with the public so far.
Allu Arjun’s pan-India project with Atlee
To my utter dismay, I find myself compelled to share that the legendary Allu Arjun has relinquished his role in our much-anticipated mythological flick, a project he was set to collaborate on with the one and only Trivikram Srinivas. This news leaves me yearning for more updates on when these two powerhouses will reunite!
Instead, he’s been pouring all his efforts into the nationwide premiere of AA22, teaming up with director Atlee. The cast includes Deepika Padukone and Mrunal Thakur, as confirmed for this upcoming film.
