Westside Gunn Teases His Saucony Grid Jazz 9 “Scorpion”

Summary

  • Westside Gunn’s new partnership with Saucony has led to the reveal of a collaborative Grid Jazz 9 “Scorpion”
  • The all-red colorway features a scorpion overlay at the medial midfoot
  • No release details have been shared yet

In October last year, Westside Gunn unveiled his first sneaker collaboration on Instagram with Saucony. Towards the end of 2024, he showcased a vibrant, light-up version of the ProGrid Triumph 4. Although they’ve been silent since then, we now have another design to look forward to from their partnership.

Gunn and Saucony showcased their collaboration during Paris Fashion Week with the unveiling of the Grid Jazz 9 “Scorpion” sneaker. A glimpse of this limited edition pair reveals it in a bold, eye-catching red color. The shoe is made from various materials such as faux pony hair, textured leather, and suede on the upper. It also showcases a large scorpion at the midfoot, a recurring symbol associated with Gunn’s Griselda Records collective.

Currently, there’s no word from Westside Gunn or Saucony about when the red “Scorpion” version of the Grid Jazz 9 will be released. Keep an eye out for future announcements, as we anticipate this colorway and more designs from their collaboration to become available in the coming months.
