The Plot

The heart of the narrative revolves around the authentic Bone Temple, a sanctuary constructed using skulls and bones to pay tribute to the deceased. This structure was designed by Dr. Ian Kelson, portrayed by Ralph Fiennes, as a place for remembrance. However, as the cult expands, so does an unhealthy fascination with death. Upon Spike’s mother’s demise from cancer, her body is incorporated into the temple, drawing Spike further into the beliefs surrounding it.
