In the lead role as the iconic Dr. Seuss character, The Cat in the Hat, is Bill Hader. An impressive ensemble of famous actors also appears in this production, including Matt Berry, Quinta Brunson, Bowen Yang, Xochitl Gomez, Paula Pell, and Tiago Martinez.

Back in October 2020, Warner Animation Group and Dr. Seuss Enterprises revealed plans to develop several projects inspired by Dr. Seuss books. Among these were The Cat in the Hat, a spin-off focusing on Thing One and Thing Two, as well as Oh, The Places You’ll Go. However, updates about the latter two projects have been scarce since the initial announcement, according to Sneider, suggesting they may not be actively being developed at this time.

In 1957, “The Cat in the Hat” was initially published. Later on, in 2003, it made its way onto the big screen as a live-action film. Bo Welch directed this movie, with Mike Myers, Alec Baldwin, Kelly Preston, Dakota Fanning, Spencer Breslin, Amy Hill, and Sean Hayes taking on the starring roles.
