In the ever-growing universe of “Magic: The Gathering”, the special “Secret Lair” series, known for its exclusive, time-limited card variations, is collaborating with Sonic and his companions.

21 new cards have been added to the collection, with 7 of them being unique to Magic and appearing in the Friends & Foes set shown initially. Among these are beloved characters such as Knuckles, Tails, Shadow, Dr. Eggman, and of course, Sonic from the Sonic universe. Following this, the Turbo Gear series combines classic equipment with Magic-based mechanics, while the Chasing Adventure cards also incorporate Team Sonic. The cards from all three categories will be available in standard and holographic rainbow versions.

If you’re interested in purchasing the Sonic Superdrop from the Secret Lair collection by Magic: The Gathering, it will be available through their website on July 14. Each version (non-foil and rainbow foil) for the Turbo Gear and Chasing Adventure collections costs $30 USD and $40 USD respectively. For the Friends & Foes lineup, the non-foil is priced at $40 USD, while the rainbow foils cost $50 USD. A broader release of the Friends & Foes set, only in the non-foil edition, will happen on August 21 at WPN stores.
