In a recent chat, the director of Black Panther shared insights on how the storyline of the upcoming Disney+ show will contribute to the setup for Avengers 5.

At the Ironheart premiere in Los Angeles, Coogler hinted that the blend of tech and magic within the show would offer a “preview” of what viewers might encounter in Avengers: Doomsday. (As reported by Deadline)
The filmmaker found it fascinating to release this movie now, given that AI and technological ethics are dominating public discourse. He continued by stating, ‘We hadn’t anticipated that our character would become Dr. Doom and the Avengers when we began, but he’s a figure in publishing known for blending technology and magic, making it an excellent representation of what may be seen in arguably Marvel’s biggest film yet.’
Beyond expanding Dominique Thorne’s Riri Williams storyline, Ironheart will also introduce Marvel Cinematic Universe viewers to Anthony Ramos’ character, The Hood. This low-key vigilante somehow acquires a mystical cloak that derives its power from the same enchantment as Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange.
At the same function, Thorne playfully hinted about her character’s endeavor to harmonize her tech-savvy abilities with mystical sorcery in the Ironheart series, acting as a foreshadowing for future events in Avengers: Doomsday.
