Does Dil Raju regret producing Ram Charan’s Game Changer? He calls it a ‘first wrong step’

This year for Sankranti, the film “Game Changer,” featuring Ram Charan as the main character, premiered in cinemas. After its debut, the movie was a significant flop at the box office and garnered negative criticism. Now, the producer of the Shankar-directed film has responded to funding this production.

Does Dil Raju have regrets about Game Changer?

During an interview with M9 News, a well-known Telugu film producer admitted that challenges are inevitable when producing large-scale movies with prominent directors. After all, such difficulties tend to affect not just me, but many others involved in the process as well.

In the editor’s remarks, it was mentioned that Game Changer originally ran for approximately 4.5 hours. This fact indeed arises when collaborating with major directors, as stated by him further.

Moving forward with his statement, Raju acknowledged that challenges would arise, and it’s the producer who should tackle these issues.

Dil Raju admitted that working on “Game Changer” was a mistake for him. He explained, “In my entire film career, I’ve never collaborated with directors as big as Shankar before. ‘Game Changer’ was my first misstep. I should have made sure to clarify my expectations and move forward with production instead of just agreeing to the project without properly addressing the details in our agreement.” (Translated from Telugu)
