During a conversation with Josh Wilding regarding his upcoming movie ‘Everything’s Going to Be Great’, Jack Champion discussed the possibility of him starring as Cyclops in Marvel’s X-Men reboot. Known globally for playing Miles “Spider” Socorro in ‘Avatar 2’, whispers about his potential casting began in January 2025, but Champion stated that he had no knowledge of these rumors whatsoever. “Well, uh, it’s absolutely news to me,” the 20-year-old actor expressed.
Jack Champion has confirmed that his possible role in the X-Men reboot is still uncertain, but he expressed interest and enthusiasm about the opportunity. ” frankly, I really hope it happens,” he said. “If given the chance, I’d be thrilled to play that character.
Should Jack Champion bag the role of Cyclops in Marvel’s X-Men movie, it would be my second thrill to witness him in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Back in 2019, I caught a glimpse of him as the boy on a bike who zipped past Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang in Avengers: Endgame, while he was grappling with the fallout from the Blip.
