The ensemble for this eagerly awaited sequel is a blend of artists who have performed motion capture and those whose likenesses have been captured. In Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, you’ll encounter some prominent voice actors and stage performers. Players familiar with the first game might spot a few familiar faces, while fans of cinema and TV may recognize several of these talented individuals.

Sam Porter Bridges – Norman Reedus

In the sequel to Death Stranding, titled “Death Stranding 2: On the Beach,” I’ll once again step into the boots of Sam Porter Bridges. You might recognize me from my time as Daryl Dixon in The Walking Dead and its spin-off series. I’ve also made appearances in films like The Boondock Saints and Blade 2, but now it’s back to the world of Death Stranding for another adventure!

Fragile – Lea Seydoux

Lea Seydoux is once again taking on the character Fragile from the initial game. Known for her roles in films like the upcoming Dune: Part Two, where she plays Margot Fenring, the latest adaptation of Frank Herbert’s novel, and The Grand Budapest Hotel as Clothilde, she also starred in Spectre as Madeleine Swann within the James Bond franchise.

Higgs – Troy Baker

Troy Baker is once again taking on the role of Higgs, a character he initially played in the initial game. Baker, renowned for his voice acting talents, has previously lent his voice to notable characters such as Pagan Min (Far Cry 6), Indiana Jones (Indiana Jones and the Great Circle), Magni (God of War), and Joel Miller (The Last of Us).

Doctor – Debra Wilson

Debra Wilson will be portraying a character named Doctor, who seems to have two right hands in this production. You may recognize her from her roles as Savathun in Destiny 2, Commander Thira in Doom: The Dark Ages, Harbinger in Halo Infinite, and various characters in Halo 3, Grand Theft Auto 5, and Gears of War 5.

Dollman – Fatih Akin & Jonathan Roumie

The character Dollman is played by a pair of actors: Fatih Akin and Jonathan Roumie. Fatih Akin provides the physical likeness for the puppet, while Jonathan Roumie lends his voice to the character’s portrayal. Notably, Fatih Akin is a renowned film director, screenwriter, and producer, whereas Jonathan Roumie has previously acted in the Death Stranding series as Mules, Russell in Days Gone, and voiced various characters in Saints Row, Ghost of Tsushima, and other productions.

Heartman – Nicolas Winding Refn & Darren Jacobs

In the role of Heartman, we have both Nicolas Winding Refn and Darren Jacobs. Similar to Dollman, Heartman’s appearance was modeled after Nicolas Winding Refn, a renowned director, writer, and producer who is famous for his projects like The Neon Demon, Drive, and the Pusher series. It’s Darren Jacobs who provided the voice for Heartman in the initial game, and he has also been seen as Stratos in Starfield, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Smite, and various other movies and TV shows.

Lucy – Alissa Jung

Actress Alissa Jung, known for her roles in several Gearman movies, portrays the character Lucy.

Neil – Luca Marinelli

As I, a passionate gamer, I’m portrayed by the talented Luca Marinelli, an Italian actor known for gracing both the big screen and the small one. In fact, he lent his voice to the character of Mufasa in the Italian version of “The Lion King.

Rainy – Shioli Kutsuna

In the sequel to Death Stranding, the character Rainy is portrayed by actress Shioli Kutsuna, who has a rich background in both film and television. Notably, she starred as Yukio in Deadpool 2 and Deadpool & Wolverine, and played Miyu in The Outsider. Additionally, she provided the voice for Aurora in the Japanese dub of Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy.

Tarman – George Miller & Marty Rhone

In this unique approach, the character Tarman is portrayed by both George Miller and Marty Rhone. While George Miller contributes to the physical appearance of the character and is recognized as the mastermind behind the Mad Max franchise, Marty Rhone lends his voice to Tarman. Apart from being a well-known figure in Australian television, Marty Rhone also voices the narrator in Street Fighter 6, showcasing his versatile talent.

The President – Alastair Duncan

In the upcoming game Death Stranding 2, Alastair Duncan lends his voice to the role of the President. Known for his previous roles such as the character Mimir in God of War, the voice of Avowed, and Isidora’s father in Hogwarts Legacy.

Tomorrow – Elle Fanning

As a dedicated admirer, I’m excited to share that tomorrow’s role will be brought to life by the exceptionally talented Elle Fanning. Known for her captivating performances in films such as I Am Sam, Daddy Day Care, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, The Neon Demon, and many others, she promises an unforgettable act.
