Firebreak is most enjoyable when played with companions, so asking friends to join in cooperative play should be one of your priorities. However, initiating a game session can be somewhat intricate. The game employs a code generation method, but you can also send invitations via the friends list on your platform. Here’s a rundown of the essential steps for starting a lobby, inviting friends, and ultimately ensuring a successful playthrough together.
How to start a party & invite friends
To organize a gathering within Firebreak’s Firebreak Club (FBC), look for the “Party” icon situated at the upper-right corner of the screen. Here, you have two options: ‘Create Party’ or ‘Join With Party Code’. Opt for ‘Create Party’, and then navigate to your platform’s friend list. Invite your friends by sending them a party invitation. They can accept the invite and join immediately.
Instead, click the “Party” button followed by “Generate” to make a code. Share this code with your buddy and ask them to input it via the “Join With Party Code” option. If there are vacant positions in your team, others will be automatically filled using matchmaking. You can disable this feature on the lower-right corner of the party screen.
